The reservation code for guests to use when making reservations is MOW Please allow up to 48 hours for the contract to be processed on our end.

You can create a wedding specific link for your wedding website by using HiltonLink, This is Hilton’s free tool that enables guests to book online, using the negotiated group rate(s) secured with the Hotel.

Please visit http://www.hilton.com/GroupPage to create a custom page for your wedding. You need a Hilton Honors number to sign in. If you are not an Honors Member, you can sign up here for free https://www.hilton.com/en/hilton-honors/join/

To create the link you will need your reservation code (above) and our property code, which is ILMWR.

To book online guests can go to www.hotelballast.com they will enter the requested dates, select Special rates & enter the Group code.

Either way they make the reservation, they can enter the code up until your cut-off date (Tuesday, September 1, 2026) to receive your rate. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid.

Keep in mind if they want to come a day early or stay a day late, they may not be able to make the reservation on line. If that happens just have your guests call the hotel directly Monday-Thursday between 9am and 2pm at (910) 763-5900.
